Eh, three of us got updos/blow outs for an event, two of us had to redo them in our hotel room before the event. When I asked the girl if she could redo one, because we were unhappy, she said maybe the other girl could do it if she had time, but then never addressed the issue again. So we left.
Thank you to the staff of Hey Beautiful! You always take care of me, with great customer service, and I always feel so comfortable there. You make me feel like family. Keep doing what you're doing, and I'll keep coming there every chance I get! Special shout out to Sydney yesterday. You were so sweet!

I highly recommend this blow dry lounge! I was getting compliments all day on my hair style! Quick and gorgeous hair. I will be a weekly customer for sure :) love the boutique as well.
I went in for a blow dry haircut and color and spent $285. For the price I paid I would think I would get a beautiful job. Unfortunately my haircut wasn't even a cut and my hair color which was just solid black, had patches, looks like the top and bottom only were dyed and what about the middle?? My Brazilian blow out lasted 3days I spoke with Lisa for a refund or someone to re-do the work and she hung up on me.
