I have a printer that... who knew was on a subscription for ink... from the previous manager. I couldn't access the account so they told me to buy new ink and it would work. I did, and it didnt work and now I am out of more money. Sat on hold for over two hours... waste of money. The ironic part is I sat on hold while I went and purchased a new printer with another company. I will never purchase another HP again.... FOR ANYTHING

I'd recommend you check my reviews and see how rarely I give a one star review. I'm extremely loyal but I have given HP my last penny. Today, about two weeks after I took my new computer out of the box, I had to call HP because 'myHP' keeps popping up blocking my view. I'm told that my computer is out of warranty but for a fee... I’m writing this very negative review, as a long time HP customer who has spent a ton of money on their products, to strongly caution potential buyers of HP products against buying anything from them.
