This has got to be the WORST customer service and Laptop I've ever owned and it's the most expensive one I've ever purchased! I bought an HP envy brand new! 1000$ + purchase! After about 6 months or so the charging port started sparking and had I not been sitting at my laptop when it happened could've easily started an electrical fire. I contact their HORRIBLE customer service and ship it off only for the problem to NEVER HAVE GOTTEN FIXED! even though their paperwork said it was fixed! All of a sudden my 10 year old printer won't accept refilled cartridges and it's blocking me from using my HP printer. They snuck some update in it to extort me to buy their $50 cartridges only. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
