I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was very disappointed in the treatment I had at this office. I was struggling financially and needed to find someone good to help me with leg and hip pain. The first visit was $250.00 which is very high and after speaking with Dr. Hetzel beforehand I felt confident and hopeful that he could help. I had my first visit and paid the $250.00. The next day I noticed that I did not have any relief at all so I called to let him know. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite
This guys talks like he is so fantastic and does something special which is how is justifies his enormous rates. There is nothing special about him although he will make you think so. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! There are much better options if you need body treatments from other providers who will actually help you and care about you....this guy only cares about getting you in and out and making a buck on you!!!.....
After my chiropractic treatments, I felt better than I had in several years. Dr. Hetzel's instructions are still working for me today. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. As for my appointments, they always tried to work around my schedule even if an extra visit was needed & I appreciated that. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. At times when I needed to call with a question, I was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.
