I would not recommend Dr. Hethcox's office at all. Dr. Hethcox is nice enough and does good work, but his staff, the front desk staff specifically, is terrible to work with as far as insurance goes. They tell you they will file, you question whether they have filed, after you have paid upfront, and they give you the run around for so long it becomes to late to collect from insurance.
