My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the service that I received. The staff was exceptionally professional and answered all of my questions.
The part and service are horrible if you have something to do do not go there my appointment was at 130 pm I came 20 min early for oil change the mechanics tell me it's doesn't matter if I came early or not the service time is an hr. After almost 1hr and 30 min I asked how long with a nasty voice he said I told you it will take some time . Very unprofessional I will now have to drive to another location to get my services .
I had the pleasure to meet Ms. Nikki Fernandez who help me through the process of my new Equinox and Snacks😀she was very help nice thank you👍🏽
Nancy was our sales representative. She was informative, engaging, and thoughtful of our concerns and essential requirements in the pursuit of our new vehicle purchase. Tom Hessert himself even stopped by to greet us and thanked us for choosing Hessert Chevrolet in our search for the latest vehicle in our long lineage of GM (specifically Chevrolet) products.
