look elsewhere – poor customer service and (strangely enough) appeared to be a real lack of interest with getting business. I went in to store and requested a price of a watch (very pricey)...did not have in stock and promised to call with price quote...no call, even after follow-up call on machine. Additionally, I dropped off a watch for repair(took many weeks before it was returned) and when I left messages inquiring about status-no response! Go to another store!
