I started counseling with Rochelle in one of the most difficult times in my life, I went into counseling with a closed mind due to my upbringing but so hopeless in my life that I knew my problems needed help that I could not give. I am beyond grateful crossing paths with Rochelle as my therapist!! Her ability to allow patients to unpack life’s curveballs while being able to dig deep into past traumas. Is only work that a skilled therapist and passionate professional can do!
Rochelle has been amazing. When I first started seeing her I was anxious, depressed, and tired with low self esteem. Her guidance has been instrumental in understanding who I am, how to accept things in life better, and she's helped me navigate some really difficult life transitions. She is kind and patient and has truly made a huge difference in my life.
