hate the dentist !! But must say beautiful office -- staff / team very professional
I was very nervous about the deeper periodontal cleaning I was going to have. Sonia made the entire experience pain free and easy. She made sure that I was always comfortable and took time to explain everything that she was doing. I have no apprehension about receiving the second part of the treatment now! Thank you Sonia!
I have been going to Herzog Dental for about 6 years. I was first struck by the sincere friendliness and courtesy I received from every single person there. Moved to Danvers and needed a new Dentist. Like most people I dislike going to the Dentist. But...... Dr Herzog is kind, pleasant, down-to-earth and makes your visit almost painless. Excellent I work in Infection Control Office is impeccable and staff were perfect in their practice
Sonia was personable and explained the work she was doing throughout the appointment. She was understanding about a few sensitive teeth and took measures to make the cleaning pain free. She also took the time to explain best brushing practices.
Cannot say enough about how awesome Herzog Dental is. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. I know I'm in good hands.
My son chipped a couple of teeth in a biking incident and they needed to be looked at and filed down a bit. He was in and out in no time and his teeth look great after a little TLC by him and his staff.
