I come to Dr. Herzog because he is very honest. I know that he will not recommend work unless it is really needed. My father and mother has been going to Herzog Family Dental Care probably for more than 15 years and they say the same thing, he has an honest and trustworthy practice. In addition, they do a quality job. Dineen did an excellent job. I complained about the stain on my teeth and she worked very hard to get them out. Arriving at Dr. Herzog's office for my bi-annual cleaning, I was pleasantly greeted by Nancy the receptionist. When she finished reviewing my medical information and paperwork, I waited for a few moments and then was escorted into a procedure room by Amy, the dental hygienist for my cleaning. My visit this time was for a cleaning! It went so well !! My hygienist was soooo sweet! Very smart and knew how to keep my mind occupied! She chatted with me while I was there. She kept me very relaxed! Before I started going to Dr Herzog, I had horrific panic attacks before I even entered the ( past) dentists buildings!! I will say this .... My hygienist is a rock star....!!! if you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go...
Even though I seem to have a different hygienist each time I'm there, they have all been extremely thorough, knowledgeable and very personable. By the time I left this last visit, I felt that Dineen was not only a professional and experienced hygienist, but someone that I could easily converse with for hours. The front desk is also very pleasant and courteous. Happy holidays everyone!
