No muy buena, esperaba como en ocasiones anteriores que el auto compacto que solicite, fuera electrico en cristales, espejos retrovisores, 4 puertas, asi lo he rentado en Miami y San Antonio, fue una version muy austera...saludos
Waited a bit for shuttle but had multiple offers to guide me to my car.
We flew in to SA the night before Thanksgiving. It took over 1 hour to get picked up by the bus. Then another 45 minutes in line to get a car. We were then given a contract and space number that had the wrong car, back to the counter. It took over 2.5 hours from the time we landed to get a car. Check in was a breeze.
Good prompt service on our arrival with Gold Plus, with priority counter handling of our prepaid reservation. We got the car we requested too.
Gold member is where it's at!!!
