Very prompt and helpful
Good experience. Easy check in and return along with a good rate. The only complaint was it was difficult to find directions for the return on the Hertz site.
Overall a normal car rental experience. 1st two cars given to me smelled like smoke and have burns in the seats. Asks for another car and got one. Normally hertz offers better cars than this. Guess it was a bad luck of a day.

Car was great, gold rewards setup problematic, but once rental happened all went well. Easy pick up and drop off
