Great as usual.
The staff is very pleasant. It was nice to go straight to my car and not have to wait in line. Also when I wasn't comfortable with the Dodge SUV I was able to change the vehicle with no problem or wait time.
Very friendly & great service
Pick up shuttle was too slow. Waited long for a bus and then there were too many people to board. I had to wait for another shuttle. I could have walked and made it there before shuttle arrived.
My car is always ready and in a stall with my name reflected on the Gold board. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Great Platinum service upon arrival. However, on drop off, the station was totally understaffed. Waited 15 minutes to be checked in and could not wait for a driver. Took the bus in order to assure that we got to gate on time. First time using Platinum and 50% satisfied.
Simple and easy process and staff was very courteous. Keep up the good work.
