On the bus ride to the car lot there was a continuous alarm....did not make the journey enjoyable.
The staff that I dealt with were all pleasant, both coming and going. Allow some extra time the location is off site and a bit of an inconvenience. That will be resolved in the next year or so with the new location at the airport.
