There was not enough staff to assist.
It was a car. It drove fine
easy in and pick up, easy drop off.
Very Efficient
Pick up and drop off was very smooth and convenient. I am a somewhat frequent renter in Milwaukee and each rental this year has been great!
Service was convenient (as pick up for rental cars is located in garage adjacent to arrivals terminal).
As a Gold card member ease of pickup and dropoff was excellent. The only thing would be to somehow improve the maze you must travel after pickup and especially at return
Always smooth...out and in.
Counter person at pickup was not helpful. Maybe just having a bad day because at drop off the same person was much more pleasant. Easy to find car and check out. Return was smooth as butter.
