DO NOT USE THIS HERTZ....BEWARE. We were just recently scammed! Got into Hawaii at 10pm (12am) our time with 3 kids after a LONG flight... We requested a minivan which would cost us about $450 for the week. The "sweet" Hawaii lady that helped us, talked us into this brand new Infinity ... Which wouldn't cost us anymore ... We must have asked 5-6 times to make sure it wasn't going to cost more... Every time she said no like she was doing us a huge favor. Well if $900 for a vehicle upgrade is a favor!???
