Great friendly service.
Very easy to pick up car name on the board with stall number. Very efficent on our way quickly. Return last night same easy procedure. Wil rent with Hertz again
Arrival and walk to baggage was smooth and easy. The person at baggage desk was very welcoming and answered Kona and Big Island questions like she loved where she lived and what she was doing. Love coming in to Kona!! Sending baggage off at departure was a breeze, a bit crowded at the gate but it was red-eye departure time! Delta could be more organized....
