On Thursday when we checked out the car, they told us at the desk to make sure the man at the gate inspected our vehicle to note any prior damage. We had noted for ourselves that there was damage on the driver's side door. The man at the gate marked this, took a look around the vehicle, and signed off our paper. I was able to easily modify my existing reservation to suit my needs. The local staff was friendly and accomodating.
The car was ready when I arrived and the reception was prepared to check me in when I returned. Very impressive.
Car was ready at the time requested. Exit from the facility was handled quickly. Return inspection of the car took about 1 minute, but the wait for the shuttle was exactly 10 minutes. Shuttle timing was the only disappointment
Bus drivers were nice.

Shuttle drivers were so helpful getting bags on/off and pick up and drop off was super easy!
