Fast and efficient
As a gold member I still had to stand in line in the garage to get my car. I would prefer a posted bill board where I could just walk to my car. I did find the location very convenient...no bus to catch, just walk across the street.
Some of your staff are far more helpful than others. Some really need customer service training and know that we do have a choice.
