Had a reservation. Waited 20 minutes online then was told there were no cars available unlessI wanted to upgrade for$10more per day Then was told I had to wait up to 30 more minutes for my car. Hertz is not supporting customers

Hertz is great. Gold membership etc. I could not use my points so I took off for that. Plus the Ford Fusion was brand new. But I gave off horrible gases from something. The glue or the plastic or something else. We had to keep the windows down else we felt light headed!
