I have been with Hertz for over 20 years....the girl that checked our car in was super nice and very helpful. I wish I knew her name.....as a business person I can't stand the car rental companies that drop you off in a field of cars to choose from....makes me feel like a heard of cattle. I will pay more to know my car is ready and that there are no surprises. Like the time I rented from National in SLC the hood of my car flew open on the highway. Super scary...
