Everyone was professional even with the COVID protocol
They say they are providing contactless services but they are not. They will not deliver the car for a test drive, you must go in to the dealer. They also took days to respond and I ended up purchasing from somewhere else.
First they said the car was not ready for sale and then I got a message that it had sold, I believe that Hertz only wanted attention... it was NOT appreciated at all.
Felt like cheating me, they made show for me, noticed me that I can’t be approved, though I had approval application from financing, it happened cause at that moment they almost sold that vehicle, so stupid run my credit, when knew that other customer booked that car, and my score dropped to 11 and 13 points, stupid idiots, maybe I missed something but I think people understood everything

While the staff was in disbelief that I wanted to buy this car in the one hour I had before having to go to work, everyone worked hard to make it happen! Great service and sense of humor from everyone! A++ experience!
A few months ago, my daughter and I were shopping for a Nissan Altima and we were drawn to the car rental agencies' used car sales, due to fair pricing and warranty. Hertz was the first one that we found a suitable car. None of the cars we were interested in, were in town. So, we contacted the sales lot where one ideal car was located. I went there to test drive this car the sale person did not let me because he had to go home. this was a waist of my time. I drove 45 minutes and he was not interested in showing me the car or allowing me to test drive it. I got there at 4;45 AND he stated he had to go home at 5. he said I can come back tomorrow to test drive it. i'm not going to come back. very rude. he was Filipino and a smoker he had time to smoke a cigerett but not help me.
