The Wallingford staff really save my life! I had some car trouble and mix up with another Hertz location and they got me into a new car. They were helpful, charismatic and very patient with me. I would recommend them every time! Thank you guys

The customer service representative in the store was very professional and very helpful. Unfortunately it was beyond his control to discuss the toll concerns i had which I totally understand. I did opt in to pay the one time fee. But I almost felt pressured as it kept asking numerous times almost as if it knew something I didn't so I got nervous. After driving home our tolls were less than 8.00 and the 1x fee is 33.99. If they honestly cared or wanted customers to come back they should think about returning any extra that wa... read more
If there was a negative I would select that… horrific customer service not to mention they let you reserve cars that they don’t have ? it’s just bad business not to mention no communication that your reservation isn’t available Wallingford sucks
DO NOT use this Hertz. I tried to call that I'd be late by 2.5 hours from the original reservation - and no one picked up time and time again. I finally got through and they told me that they gave away my reservation.
