I rented under the Uber program for a week; the gentlemen were very efficient and clarified my concerns and questions, both in person and over the phone, despite being overwhelmingly busy. Thank you guys!!
I’m shocked at the low reviews. My recent rental experience was fantastic. My car was ready early. The agent was friendly and helpful. Only piece of feedback would be to clean cars a little more thoroughly - we ran it through the car wash so it was fine. Would def recommend!!
