Honestly getting a rental car after a traumatic car accident can be a lot, but Edward made it seamless. He’s extremely pleasant and a very hard worker. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I was a ball of stress but working with Hertz and Edward helped ease my tension. Thank you!
Mehhhhh... The man who works here who helped me get my rental was nice and professional. Unfortunately my vehicle was not ready when I got there but I didn't mind waiting.... He had to vacuum it out before giving it to me. I ended up taking the vehicle from CT to South FL for a vacation. Upon being a little more than halfway thru my trip, my husband and I traded seats so he could drive. That's when he discovered a smoked blunt and pills underneath the seat!!!!!! Stay away. FUBAR is the best word. Sitting here for 15 minutes, with no one in line, and 3 employees refusing to help anyone. RUN!
