1-Star Review Absolutely terrible experience with this Hertz located on 1211 south broad street Meriden (Wallingford) CT 06492. When I arrived to pick up my pre-paid reserved vehicle, the car was not available. Instead of a solution, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from employee Jackie and the so-called supervisor, Inga. Worst place ever have my wallet in a vehicle.And told me I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it back . On top of it all still charged me for a vehicle I don’t have . I would never tell anyone about the Wallingford location it SUCK….
Terrible rental experience. Since the first moment I entered in the office the representative to whom I talked not welcoming and did not try to help me understand the situation. I strongly suggest to not come here to rent a car
Never again will I ever rent from hertz I would advise against renting from hertz I had a very very bad experience I lost money I didn’t have in the first place
