Very friendly
I had to pick up a car as part of insurance replacement and the car that I got was trashy from both inside and outside. The inside of the car was smelling like smoke. I called these guys and they said that it is the only car they have available. I dont know for how long this car was standing in their lot. If they have only one car that doesnt mean that they give a crappy car to a customer. worst location., they did not offer to sort it out but asked me to call and get the vehicle replaced from another hertz location.
