My first experience with the CLT Hertz wasn't positive. The man at the desk in the evening of December 29th seemed much more interested in flirting with a young lady than expediting the two customers waiting in line. I used the phone option, and the man who helped me was fine. One day into my trip, transportation needs changed and I upgraded to an SUV. The supervisor and the lady helping me were professional and corteous.
