I had to visit the counter. There was a problem with the reservation not being associated with the gold plus rewards account, since the reservation was made through United. The counter worker made me go into the tent tunnel in order to call the 1-800 number to link the reservation to the gold plus rewards account. The rental agreement showed a significant increase in the estimate and when questioned, the counter worker attributed this increase to not getting taxes in the original estimate, which was later determined to be... read more
