Service may be great, but I'm assuming the detail guys are blind. Absolutely disgusted in the condition I picked up my vehicle. It may have been a complimentary wash job but I would have rather them done me the favor and left it dirty.

I needed a replacement vehicle quickly after a collision. The team at Hertrich Honda was fast, sympathetic to my needs, and professional but hilarious. Hertrich Honda goes above and beyond the call for excellent customer service--they were willing to work with my financial wishes and deliver my vehicle to me!
On Feb 16 we went here and found a car we liked. Negotiations began with the General Manager, Paul Longaker, doing the negotiating. After going back and forth we decided to leave to think about it. As we were leaving the salesmans desk, Paul handed me his business card with an offer on the back. Said $20,967 o.t.r, he now says he made a mistake and it's not o.t.r., sorry. Watch these people.
