Service personnel are not reliable ... was in 5 months ago with an issue - was told the part was being ordered - 5 months later - no documentation ... promised a call back at 9 am this morning after being told we just can’t order a 2000 part ....it’s a lease so you can have it back Go somewhere else !
They've made too many mistakes with the paperwork for our new CRV. They don't answer emails and their managers are less than trustworthy with some issues. The sales experience was fine, but afterwards, their customer service has been pretty bad.

They have an outstanding service department and wonderful customer service. I was driving home to Columbus, Ohio and my low tire light came on, I called them and asked if I could stop. Ashley is service said come right in and we will take care of you. When we pulled in, Ron a service advisor, and Mike a service tech were standing there, checked the air in all 4 tires, reset the gauge and reassured us that nothing was wrong. No charge for the service despite me asking to pay and sent us on our way with a handshake and a smile... read more
These people are crooks!🤬 My Mom went there to buy a new car with money down. With all the useless “extras” (i.e. - service contract and additional dealership equipment). She ended up paying just above sticker price after she put $8k down. I hope their finance guy Brian can sleep at night. 🐍
