Recently purchased a used vehicle. The vehicle had to be jump started to test drive. I asked repeatedly for the battery to be checked. I was assured that it was fine. So when I had to jump start the vehicle today, I discovered a corroded battery. If I can't trust what is said about something as simple as a battery, what else are they trying to get away with? Add to that that the Manager changed the terms for the warranty after I signed it...let's just say I'm not happy at all.
Very disappointed when l go in for an oil change and they want to sell me hundreds of dollars in other fluid changes! Only problem is it was a certified pre-owned Honda purchased at another dealership and l only put approximately 6000 miles since I bought it and all the fluids have been changed when it was purchased! Don't think l will be back here! Very disappointed!!
Something small but your car should come out with the proper valve cap (green )and not gray. Service manager John said he would put one in the mail. Well that hasn't happen yet, going on over 3 weeks .

Don't get GAP insurance from them. When you go to cancel it, you get the run around and have to go in person to cancel it. When you do go into cancel it, they act annoyed and I still haven't received my refund 2 months after cancelling.
Had a great experience with Roe-Mar today. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He made this process so easy and effortless for me. I would recommend him 1,000x. The rest of the staff was also very nice and helpful also. Thank you all so much!

We bought my Honda Pilot from Sean about a month ago. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to go through things with us. It was a great experience and no way as stressful as buying a car has been in the past. I highly recommend the service center at Hertrich Honda of Easton! My family and I were on our way to the beach when one of our front calipers went out. We pulled in to see if they could help us. They did not have the part, or the availability to service our car, but Ron (I think that was his name) went out of his way to find someone who could help us.
