At first the service was amazing! Dale did an outstanding job assisting my son and I! However we were extremely disappointed to find out that the Manual for our vehicle was missing! To my dismay I was informed that it would cost $100 to order a car Manual and that the General Manager said I had to pay for it. I would also have to pay over $200 for a second key! It's really disappointing and sad to think that my purchase wasn't worth $100 for a manual.
By the end of my deal, Dave Wackett did an excellent job! He certainly went above and beyond to fix my problem.
They refuse to do their jobs and support their customers!

HORRIBLE -- We purchased 10 vehicles from Price in the last 15yrs. New ownership could care less about keeping our business. It took 4 months to get Accessories (still not right parts) that were paid for with the vehicle. Paid for 5yrs tag transfer, got new tag for only 1yr. Management doesn't return calls. Warren Price must be turning over in his grave seeing what his dealership has become. Hertrich won't even get my service business that GM is paying for.
Just want to give a shout out to David Wackett at Hertrich Buick GMC of Salisbury for upholding an unfulfilled promise from the previous owners Price Buick GMC. They had promised my husband they would get him floor mats for his truck he bought in August and they never did get them before changing ownership.
