RecommendedLizzy in the service dept is the BEST. Had a major brake issue while towing my camper. She informed me it’s a known issue and got my truck in and fixed in a pinch. GREAT SERVICE.

Just want to thank Phil Abelson and the manager at Hertrich Buick GMC for making the purchase of our truck so fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! They did their absolute best to get us the truck we wanted for a price that was in our price range! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Worst service ever! Once they sell you a vehicle you are trash. Their standards are below a junk yard. Would not recommend to anyone for purchase or service.
