RecommendedLizzy in the service dept is the BEST. Had a major brake issue while towing my camper. She informed me it’s a known issue and got my truck in and fixed in a pinch. GREAT SERVICE.
Business response:
Scotty, we are glad to hear Lizzy was able to get your truck in and get it fixed quickly, all while providing great service. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!
RecommendedAlways very friendly Nav is the man to see.
by closing your doors forever
Just want to thank Phil Abelson and the manager at Hertrich Buick GMC for making the purchase of our truck so fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! They did their absolute best to get us the truck we wanted for a price that was in our price range! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!
Would be nice if they actually made contact with a customer in a timely manner
Worst service ever! Once they sell you a vehicle you are trash. Their standards are below a junk yard. Would not recommend to anyone for purchase or service.
Great place with great people. Never have had an issue and they always repair my Acadia right the first time
