Had service earlier this month by far the best experience and such polite employees
Came & had my Buick serviced last month, by far the easiest & most pleasant experience I’ve ever had while at a dealership. Thank you!
I was there with my sister as she was buying a car and the experience was superb. They were extremely nice and answered all of our questions. They helped her get the vehicle of her dreams. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family !
Dave Wackett is a great GM and he is really doing well with the store! I will keep coming back.
I have bought 3 trucks from Hertrich over the years and I've always had great service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I had a great experience in their service department. They even took me to run errands while I waited for my vehicle to be finished. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
I found that working with a customer is not their first priority or promised return calls from the GM means nothing either. I really wonder what Mr. Hertrich would have thought of all this....
