Was never informed my credit would be shopped through not 1, not 2, not 4, but 7 banks to seek approval for the vehicle. Customer service must have took the night off that day.
They have been very good about this car and fast service.
Bought my beauty and they were BEYOND amazing to me!! I went by myself and they didn't try to get over on me, they took VERY good care of me! Lorenzo Hendricks (my salesman) and Mike (the general manager) were exceptional! I recommend this dealer and I will go back in the future! Ask for Lorenzo if you want exceptional treatment and customer service!!
Fair they pushed car on me that didn't have everything that I wanted I like my car just not in love with it. I really wanted a sunroof but car has about everything else but nav I can live without the nav but the sunroof I really wanted.
Responded quickly. Followed up. Good service.
Only called once.Never really tried to locate the car I was looking for.
