Was never informed my credit would be shopped through not 1, not 2, not 4, but 7 banks to seek approval for the vehicle. Customer service must have took the night off that day.

Bought my beauty and they were BEYOND amazing to me!! I went by myself and they didn't try to get over on me, they took VERY good care of me! Lorenzo Hendricks (my salesman) and Mike (the general manager) were exceptional! I recommend this dealer and I will go back in the future! Fair they pushed car on me that didn't have everything that I wanted I like my car just not in love with it. I really wanted a sunroof but car has about everything else but nav I can live without the nav but the sunroof I really wanted.
Responded quickly. Followed up. Good service.
