The staff at Hertrich Acura was prompt in responding to my calls and emails. The Sales and Lease Consultant was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She worked to tailor a purchase package that met my needs. I would certainly recommend Hertrich as the place to go when purchasing or leasing your next automobile.
I did not purchase this car, but have been in contact with Lorenzo, a salesman at the dealership. He is awesome! He's so kind...and patient and he answered the million and one questions that I had about the Acura RDX. Hopefully when I purchase a vehicle, I'll be able to get it from him.

Very responsive, very attentive and great to work with. They answered all my questions and kept me informed as to the status of the cars, as I was driving from about 2 hours away.

I had to do the leg work to get a financial company to approve me. The dealership would not work with me for my trade in. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.
I had to contact them several times because the manager failed to call after promising to call me back. After going there, they undervalued my clean, low mileage trade and were somewhat critical or negative. It wasn’t a positive experience. I won’t go back there.
