As business manager of a busy outpatient clinic in Sharon PA, I don't have time to deal with a lot. However, when spiders moved in the building I called Hersh in Hermitage PA and they sent a young man named Shayne. He is EXTREMELY professional and even more important: KNOWLEDGEABLE! This is one awesome company. They came to my house the day after I called them. They saw what my pest was, told me what they thought it was and then called me a few days later to confirm what my pest was. My pest was not threatening and did not need any treatment so they didn't even charge me for their time! They were friendly and set you at ease.
