Like always very friendly professional people having to go above and beyond their jobs to get everything just right thank you and proud to have herring servicing our needs
We purchased a new furnace from Herring. The next day it started making a lot of noise. James came out quickly and adjusted the speed of the blower motor and eliminated the noise. Very good service and friendly employees
Great service and friendly technician. He was thorough and explained everything to me in an understandable manner.
Tried to charge us $525 for a thermostat replacement, called the office, lady on the phone was extremely rude and said they can't tell the techs what to charge people. I'll never call this business again. 5 minute job and a 40 dollar parts does not add up too $525
