I lost (swallowed) a crown on a Wednesday evening. By Thursday at 8:30 am, I was being seen. They were incredible. I will have a new crown soon.
This office is unusual because they really work on customer service. The old saying of “how someone makes you feel“ is vital in any patient service. Some doctors and dentist offices don’t realize that. This one definitely does a great job.
The visit as always was through and everyone was friendly. I also appreciate that a copy of my x-rays are sent to Dr Keller.
