I rented from them around 1999 and they were horrible. Post Covid we needed a 3 bedroom home to rent and nothing was available so we were stuck renting from them. They reached out to us in a very suspicious way and we got stuck for a year in a home that we had to pay to mow the lawn and water which was not our job.
