Worse management company ever. Unable to communicate with the association members, even though we pay their salaries! Extremely poor maintenance - manage the common areas but not the individual units. Wood rot on the outside of the building - too bad, so sad - home owners responsibility. Insect control - let's just wait until there's a infestation in the whole complex before we call the exterminator. LEt's not even talk about managing the finances.
