to answer phone when calling Brandenburg office or Etown office it is Wednesday @1:45 pm July 1 2020 no one will answer either place. have called multiple times. very disappointed ☹️!
RecommendedAfter we were dismissed by staff for my son having life threatening emergencies, the dentist personally called me and apologized, told me he'd listen to the call and make it right. I really appreciate him caring enough to personally call us and apologize and promise to make it right. Most wouldn't do that. He was really genuine about it too. The dentists there have always been good with my son. We only ever had the problem with reception dropping him for things he couldn't help. I feel better about the situation and it has b... read more
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! THEY DO NOT PROPERLY CLEAN EQUIPMENT/INSTRUMENTS AFTER EACH USE AS ADVISED BY THE CDC. 🤢🤮

I will never bring my son back to Dr Mitchell! He is beyond rude with terrible bed side manner. I have no idea why he’s in the field of PEDIATRIC dentistry. If you’re going to work with kids then you need to interact in a kid friendly way! I have taken my son 3 times and each time Dr M has had an attitude towards the hygienist, myself, and my son. He makes facial expressions as if he’s so annoyed that my son is crying and scared. When my son was 12 m old, he literally raised his hands up and said “wow, his scream is piercing... read more
