Yasmany is exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He helped us troubleshoot issues with our marine A/C systems and resolved everything quickly. His willingness to explain the problems and teach us how to troubleshoot and handle similar issues ourselves in the future was invaluable. His customer service was outstanding!
We have a Leopard 46 foot sailing catamaran that had air-conditioning troubles. After five trips of another company to fix the issue it was still not resolved. Herranz Tech came out and fixed it the first day. They are top notch, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about marine AC. I highly recommend them and will always use them going forward.
