Hero's Pets is a wonderful store that carries only high quality products. After a year of switching to the diet that Chelsea (the owner) recommended, my dog is off of her incontinence meds, which she had been on for 10 years. Chelsea is now helping my other dog with her esophageal reflux, and hoping to have that cured shortly. My two senior dogs have lost weight, they have soft, glossy coats, and act like they are puppies now; all thanks to Hero's Pets!
Extremely knowledgeable staff. Always learning from them. I have a Jack Russell Terrier with nasal issues as the result of a Bordatella shot. The staff here have taught me about the cons of vaccinating and the pros for not vaccinating. Thank you to Chelsea, Tess, Nicole, Molly and all the rest of you.
