I have been going to Hero's since it opened~~~ Excellent staff , they are all so knowledgeable and very helpful. My girls love the food ~~ We love Hero's Pets!!
This place tried to up sell me on products I can order from Chewy for literally half the price It's much easier, cheaper, convenient and much better selection with free shipping to order from chewy.

We make a lot of sacrifices to bring our customers the lowest possible prices. But in order to do that the lowest margins are given on the products which you cannot get anywhere else. We prioritize products from small local companies and start ups in order to help them get a competitive foot hold on the market. Very knowledgeable about products, and I love the fact that they practice homeopathic medicine. Everyone there was so nice and enthusiastic, and their love for animals shows.
