I definitely give them 5 stars. They are so kind and friendly. They really know their stuff and are able to answer in detail about products as well as other things concerning your pet. All their products are natural and don’t contain any harmful chemicals or ingredients that are in a lot of commercial dog food and treats. My dog loves going in their store and he gets lots of attention there.
My Dane is a picture of health because of the food he eats from Hero’s! The staff is knowledgeable and amazing and helped me find the best food for my big guy. If you’re curious as to how healthy he is, look up @pharaoh.great.dane on Instagram. Shiny coat, perfect teeth, clean ears, perfect poops, minimal gas (�). I owe it all to Hero’s! �

Had a great experience!!! Asked about dog food and got took to CHURCH!!! So informative and gave me info to take home and read up on. Now i have my English bulldog on 100% raw and AFFORDABLE diet. Sir Henry Hamm and I will be back!!!
I just moved to Colorado and needed kibble. No, maybe try raw ... OK, tell me all about it. I learned so much from Hero's. Allison & Jenna were very knowledgeable with how to "get" my kitty to eat raw. This store is so inspiring! Thank you for your help.
