RecommendedHero's has an excellent staff of knowledgable people who love animals. I have been going for years and it's because of them that our dogs lived to be 19 years old. Their nutritional advice and food are the best. I highly recommend them.
The knowledge, wisdom, and experience provided by Chelsea Kent is head and shoulders above any information I have gathered over my many, many years of rescuing dogs and cats. She is a STAR!! This place is just wonderful!! Knowledgeable and super friendly associates.. A Godsend
Everyone there is fantastic and their team is so knowledgeable. Both our dogs had nutrient absorption issues and after many vet visits and tests, Hero's Pets staff helped us resolve.
Heros Pets is way over priced and has horrible customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again.
I have never met a more knowledgeable and friendly group of people! I trust them and their recommendations. They only carry clean, quality products! They have helped me select the right combination of food and supplements for my dogs. I highly recommend them!
