RecommendedEvery experience with my new apartment from touring to finally moving in, has been nothing less than exceptional. I have never had such wonderful genuine care from a leasing office before. Move in was almost effortless as everything was set up for me. Every question or concern I had was answered in a swift and helpful manner. The property and unit itself are gorgeous. Very up-kept landscape and the maintenance workers are very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to continue my living in this amazing new space.

Amazing apartments located in the heart of Savannah! They are located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do or eat! The Property Manager and team are always helpful. I would definitely recommend living here.
The staff is awesome !!!!
Dominique and her staff have been so wonderful to work with. We were originally supposed to be in Osprey, but Hurricane Dorian messed up timing. We had to be out of our previous apartment by a particular day, and the staff made sure we had a roof over our heads. They have been exceptional in getting the little things they weren’t able to finish before we got in out of the way. I’m so happy to be here!
We absolutely loved our apartment at heron!! It’s pet friendly, spacious, and affordable. My boyfriend and I work nights so we wanted to find a quiet place to live, we were so lucky to come across the community. Having a screened in porch and a deck is a bonus. The kitchens are large and have new appliances. They have places for you to walk your dog and provide bags for you! The pool is always clean and is next to a lovely grill area. We love it here. We have the best neighbors. The complex is quite and the grounds are always kept clean and nice.
Love the atmosphere of the apartment, but rent is going up. Hardly any of the amenities are available, and the whole mail and package system is very hit or miss. With all this being said, the apartments are spacious and the appliances are fair, and the location is awesome, and it's quiet and safe. If I could afford to live here on my own, or had a roommate, I'd never leave.
Worst place in Savannah to live. Mail service has been messed up for over a year. Looks great because they're trying to entice people to move in but it's a seriously messed up place....apartments are poorly maintained, amenities are useless and the office staff is horrifying! The maintenance men are friendly though! Do yourself a favor and RUN and don't look back!
