I had a serious ant infestation in my house and decided to go with Heron for pest control service. I waited a week for their tech to come out and when he finally showed up he informed me the ants were fire ants - even more serious since I'm deathly allergic. He was ready to start treatment on the house until I mentioned we also had a few roaches every once in a while that I thought came from the neighbors house (I live in a townhouse). Expensive & simply awful. Contracted with @MyHeronHome (lawn & shrubs) before putting in NEW lawn, confirmed sprinkler system coverage & grass choice with Heron. Less than two years later, we have have lost over a $1k in shrubs & have an enormous variety of weeds overtaking our yard. You name the weed, this yard has it! James, the manager will promise anything but do nothing. It took three unreturned phone messages over a 42 day period to have James come out to look over issues this past March. Horrible Experience, I wouldn't suggest to anyone. Heron sent a salesman out who said that their services would be able to revitalize our lawn. We signed up for service and paid our fees. After the first treatment, the technician noted that the lawn was dead and would that the treatment was a waste. Didn't bother to knock to see if we were home, just noted it on the receipt and left in on the front door.
