Everyone at Herold Trailer Sales were great to deal with. There was no pressure when we came to look for a camper and they were able to answer any questions we had. We drove 2 hours to check out the campers they had and found the right one we wanted. I am definitely going to recommend them to anyone looking for a camper.

Horrible Customer Service Skills, rude and the Sales guy couldn’t even get up from behind his desk. For that reason we bought elsewhere.
I'm very happy with my camper! The people at Herold's was very patient with us too. The service was great but the only complaint I have is the camper was dirty inside and out when we picked it up. The inside had foot prints everywhere and sawdust. The hardware for the bathroom was not installed too.
