My air conditioner on my 2019 Alpha Wolf quit on us. With the pandemic going on I figured Herold would have my camper longer than they did. First off they had to let it sit for 3 day's before even looking at it. When the service department finally got to look at my camper, they knew what was wrong with right away. great friendly service and very helpful
Great place to get your camper. Honest and trustworthy. Great prices. Willing to work with you. We had a few things wrong with our camper through no fault of theirs and they took it back, no questions asked and fixed them in a timely manner. Recommended them to a friend of ours who bought a 5th wheel from them just recently. They also had a great experience.
