I came to Heroically Fit looking to get stronger, lean out and help improve my pole fitness goal. (Also wanting to look beast and be healthy!) I made it clear that my schedule was all over the place and that I had to fit in other fitness classes. I started following David's hero transformation workout at the begining of this year and am extremely pleased with how my body has improved since then. I have a weird work schedule, so I hit the gym at 3am when absolutly no one I know is awake. David is so supportive that he never complains when I text him for advice, encouragement or just because I'm extremely sore and want to complain. David is an amazing trainer and an amazing person. He knows the fitness part and the nutrition part so well but it's a massive benefit that he can motivate and inspire people as well. He's very much based around keeping with it, working hard, making goals and sticking to them etc. He knows how to get you to where you wanna be physically but also mentally. 10/10.
After being sedentary for so long because of my desk job I contacted David to get help improving my posture, my breathing and improve my overall fitness. At 4 weeks in, I could not be more enthusiastic about continuing my diet and training with David's guidance. He takes a personal investment in his clients progress and development and gives professional and useful advice tailored to you.
